We connect young people with the companies that train them.

Adesh Sancheti, who leads Workforce, worked in HR outsourcing for many years before 2018. He saw the same problem again and again. Companies needed skilled young people for their shop floors. Thousands of ITI and diploma students needed a first job. Between them was a lot of paperwork, and many good candidates did not get through it.

He started Workforce Solutions in Pune in 2018 to solve this problem. Our work is simple: we find the right candidates, we do the scheme paperwork correctly, and we make sure that each apprentice is ready on the joining day.

Apprentice management. We place apprentices under NAPS, NATS, CMKPY Maharashtra and CMPY Bihar. Candidates register online in English, Hindi, Marathi or Tamil. Our team checks every document before the joining date.

Recruitment outsourcing. We find and screen candidates for technical and management roles. We verify their background. If a hire leaves within 90 days, we find a replacement.

Workwear and gifting. We supply uniforms, welcome kits and corporate gifts from known brands, with your logo on them. One partner can now staff a plant and dress its team.

Adesh Sancheti has an MBA in HR and Marketing and more than 12 years of experience in HR outsourcing. Clients speak directly to him, so decisions are quick.
